Abstract

Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена тем, что государственно-частное партнерство в форме концессии создает существенную добавочную стоимость в развитии страны. Концессии решают государственные задачи силами частного капитала. Эффективность концессии в решении поставленных государством задач определяется наличием у бизнеса долгосрочных интересов. В статье проведен анализ соответствующих нормативноправовых актов, регулирующих концессионные отношения, приведена действующая система прохождения концессионных предложений в Казахстане, систематизирован отечественный опыт реализации концессионных проектов. На основании выявленного круга проблем в статье предложены пути повышения эффективности концессионных проектов.
