Abstract

В статье проводится сравнительный анализ экономических кризисов 1998 года и 2008-2009 годов с помощью системы индикаторов экономической безопасности. С использованием значительного объема данных рассмотрены предпосылки возникновения кризисов, а также их влияние на финансовый, реальный, внешнеэкономический и социальный сектора экономики. Рассмотрены количественные методы анализа и прогнозирования динамики индикаторов экономической безопасности, позволяющие определить моменты нарушения баланса индикаторов как предвестники возникновения кризисов.
