Падение Темпов —2013: Конъюнктурные Обстоятельства Или Закономерность?

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются причины замедления экономического роста после кризиса 2009 г. Делается вывод о том, что в основе этого замедления лежат не конъюнктурные обстоятельства, в том числе внешнеэкономического характера, а сложившаяся структура реального сектора, характеризующаяся существенным отставанием перерабатывающих производств. Для перелома сложившейся тенденции замедления экономического роста предлагается изменение вектора экономической политики в сторону роста инвестиционной активности государства и институциональных перемен, направленных на стимулирование предпринимательского интереса к модернизационному развитию.
