Положение России На Мировом Рынке Высоких Технологий

Abstract

Растущая значимость высокотехнологичных рынков ориентирует страны на стимулирование инновационной экономики. Россия по уровню технологического развития отстает на 10-15 лет, что создаёт угрозу для её национальной безопасности. Перспективными в этом контексте могут стать рынки тонких химических технологий, наноматериалы, лёгкая гражданская авиация, ядерные реакторы на быстрых нейтронах, дешёвые военные технологии. Промедление в развитии высоких технологий приведёт к дальнейшему росту отставания России от развитых стран.
