Abstract

Современный финансово-экономический кризис привёл к фундаментальному переосмыслению роли государства в банковской системе. В статье сформулированы критерии, по которым определяются место и роль государства в банковском секторе, проанализированы подходы к оценке государственного участия в банковской системе России.The current economic and financial crisis has resulted in a radical reappraisal of the state’s role in the banking system. The author puts forward criteria which enable the role and position of the state in the banking sector to be defined. The article describes several approaches to assessing state’s participation in Russia’s banking system.
