Минимизация Рисков При Разработке И Реализации Стратегии Организации

Abstract

Для того, чтобы стратегия была «качественной» и учитывала основные риски деятельности организации, необходимо использование ряда классических принципов при её разработке. Однако в современных условиях их перечень должен быть дополнен ещё двумя – принципом перспективного целеполагания, и принципом инновационного подхода к формированию и реализации стратегии организации. Кроме того, чтобы избежать различных рисков, возникающих в процессе создания стратегии организации, необходимо соблюдение определённой технологии оценки рисков в соответствии с предложенными в настоящей статье факторами, и разработки её по описанным этапам.
