Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы решения задач по развитию государственной интегрированной информационной системы управления общественными финансами «электронный бюджет», обеспечивающей предоставление доступа гражданам рф к информации о деятельности организаций сектора государственного управления и в целом публично-правовых образований. В работе проанализированы два подхода к созданию и развитию информационных систем управления общественными финансами. Показана структура единого портала бюджетной системы рф. рассматривается автоматизированная информационная система «скиф-БП», изучение которой рекомендуется включить в содержание программы подготовки будущего экономиста.
