Подходы К Разработке И Внедрению Стандартов Оценки Эффективности Системы Управления Валютными Рисками В Банках

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются разные подходы к разработке и внедрению стандартов оценки эффективности системы управления валютными рисками в банках. особое внимание при этом уделяется анализу следующих подходов: 1) разрабатываемого Ассоциацией российских банков, обсуждаемого с цБ рф и банковским сообществом и связанного с разработкой общих стандартов или модели управления рисками; 2) основанного на изучении международной практики и рекомендаций Базельского комитета; 3) подход по комплексной оценке банковских рисков, разработанный цБ рф; 4) оценке в соответствии с внутренними стандартами кредитной организации. Автором предлагаются общая схема определения эффективности системы управления валютным риском, а также круг вопросов для оценки уровня зрелости бизнес-процесса по управлению валютными рисками.
