Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу процедуры накопления и предоставления информации о финансовой деятельности органов государственной власти, организаций и граждан. Автор делает вывод о том, что субъектов — получателей финансовой информации неопределенно много и они имеют различную ведомственную принадлежность. Следовательно, необходим акт правительственного уровня, который конкретизировал бы общую норму (ч. 3 ст. 102 НК РФ), согласно которой поступившие в налоговые органы, органы внутренних дел, органы государственных внебюджетных фондов или таможенные органы сведения, составляющие налоговую тайну, имеют специальный режим хранения и доступа.
