Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу опыта сшА в области стратегического управления научнотехнологическим развитием и достижения инновационного лидерства. При этом особое внимание уделяется государственной политике стимулирования процесса разработки и внедрения инноваций, которая, даже в условиях рыночного характера американской экономики, является существенной и многоаспектной. также автор высказывает идею о том, что успех инновационного курса сшА во многом зависит от его эффективного правового сопровождения, развитой «профильной» нормативно-правовой базы.
