Abstract

В статье проведен sWot-анализ программ социально-экономического развития Белгородской и липецкой областей в период 2004–2008 гг. (далее — программы). рассчитаны реальные результаты реализации программ с учетом дефлятора. исследована взаимосвязь экономических и политических процессов в регионах. Проанализировано влияние удачной экономической политики на переизбрание инкумбентов в областные парламенты и голосование за партию власти.
