Abstract

Экологические приоритеты принимают глобальное значение в современном мире, и поиск механизмов их реализации становится наиважнейшей задачей. В данной статье представлены эффективные подходы к аллокации при производстве общественных благ, которые ориентированы на минимизацию издержек при их производстве и максимизацию общего уровня удовлетворения от экологических преобразований в пределах требований соблюдения экологических норм и устойчивого развития. В рамках общей концепции реализации инвестиционных проектов проанализированы основные аспекты достижения целей аллокации.
