Abstract

В статье анализируются возможные пути повышения эффективности оказания государственных (муниципальных) услуг в социальной сфере. рассматриваются возможности оптимизации сети государственных (муниципальных) учреждений, а также альтернативные способы предоставления услуг в сферах здравоохранения, образования, культуры и социальной защиты. При этом отмечается, что оптимизация масштабов и форм организации государственных (муниципальных) учреждений должна рассматриваться не как самоцель, а как способ обеспечить равный доступ населения к качественным социальным услугам.
