Оценка Рыночной Стоимости Проблемных Кредитов

Abstract

В статье рассматривается задача оценки рыночной стоимости кредитов в условиях ограниченного набора информации, типичная при оценке кредитного портфеля банка, подлежащего ликвидации. Предлагается методика, основанная на доходном подходе, позволяющая оценить кредиты различных типов: действующие и просроченные, с различными способами начисления процентов, с учётом обеспечения и затрат при ликвидации.
