Abstract

За последние несколько десятилетий кредит настолько прочно вошел в нашу жизнь, что дальнейшее удовлетворение материальных потребностей без него не представляется возможным. для придания кредитным отношениям некоего упорядоченного характера необходим отлаженный государственный механизм защиты интересов собственников капиталов. роль последнего и берет на себя институт кредитной истории. Административно-правовому анализу этого важнейшего элемента накопления информации и посвящена данная статья.
