Abstract

В статье предлагается новый подход к дивидендной политике компании, основанный на реальной оценке стоимости собственного капитала организации, сравнении ее с рентабельностью планируемых инвестиций. Это позволит вернуться к экономической сущности дивидендов как платы акционерам за использование акционерного капитала. При этом существующие теории дивидендной политики компании (иррелевантности дивидендов, предпочтительности дивидендов, налоговой дифференциации, сигнальная теория дивидендов и др.) претерпевают модификацию.
