Вто И Россия: Возможности Для Инвестирования И Риски

Abstract

После 18 лет переговоров 22 августа 2012 г. Россия наконец-то вступила в ВТО. Вступление в ВТО создает возможности для инвестирования, при этом в среднем величина импортных пошлин будет снижена примерно на 30 %, также будут ликвидированы барьеры для операций в таких секторах, как услуги и производство высокотехнологичной продукции. Некоторые отрасли российской промышленности после вступления в ВТО могут пострадать от возросшей конкуренции со стороны других членов ВТО. Россия предоставляет разного рода субсидии этим отраслям и принимает меры для их поддержки. Важнейший аспект вступления России в ВТО — это возможность применения в её отношении принятой в ВТО процедуры разрешения споров. Эта процедура может использоваться импортёрами товаров при ведении разбирательств в связи с наличием в России правил торговли, которые, по их мнению, противоречат правилам, установленным в ВТО. Эта процедура также может быть использована Россией для защиты своих торговых интересов.
