Abstract

в статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования системы регионального мониторинга инновационной активности субъектов Российской Федерации; дается видение данного процесса с учетом проблем организационного, методологического и информационного характера. Автором выявлена важная проблема обеспечения федерального органа госстатистики качественной статистической информацией об инновационной деятельности регионов России на основе обновленной методологии статистического обследования инновационной сферы, которая учитывает международные стандарты (ОЭСР и Евростат), а также стандарты менеджмента качества (типа ISO 9000/2000).
