Совершенствование Управления Коммуникационными Процессами В Современных Организациях С Использованием Инновационных Технологий

Abstract

Развитие информационных технологий способствует радикальному изменению коммуникаций и обмену информацией, которые обусловлены появлением новых инновационных технологий и средств передачи информации. Статья посвящена раскрытию сущности коммуникационного менеджмента как компонента общественной жизни. Особое внимание уделено исследованию организационных коммуникаций (внутренних и внешних), корпоративных, экономических, политических и др. коммуникаций; подробно рассмотрены связи с государственными органами и правительством (Government Relations). Формирование взаимовыгодных отношений между организациями и другими социально-экономическими институтами с органами власти является важнейшей задачей коммуникационного менеджмента, одним из составляющих направлений которого является эффективное управление процессами взаимодействия организации и органов государственной власти с учетом интересов обеих сторон.
