Abstract

Одна из особенностей организации науки в России состоит в том, что позиции Российской академии наук традиционно сильны, а наука и научные исследования не связаны с вузами, оторваны от учебного процесса и не взаимодействуют с ним. Сегодня основная форма соединения науки и вузовского образования предоставление государством грантов. Но это явление не носит системного, развивающего тенденцию характера. По сути, сейчас работает только система государственных заказов; саморазвития и самораскрытия, интеграции образовательного и научного процессов нет.
