Abstract

Опыт развитых стран показывает, что эффективное развитие межгосударственных валютных отношений и внутреннего валютного рынка возможно только при активном регулирующем участии государства и надлежащем контроле валютных операций со стороны его уполномоченных органов. Валютное регулирование является одной из форм государственного воздействия на участников внешнеэкономической деятельности в целях охраны публичных финансовых интересов государства. Настоящая статья посвящена анализу принципов валютного регулирования и валютного контроля, установленных Федеральным законом от 10.12.2003 № 173-ФЗ «О валютном регулировании и валютном контроле».
