Abstract

в настоящей статье рассмотрены проблемы лоббизма в Российской Федерации. В статье раскрываются такие понятия как: лоббизм, объект и субъект лоббизма, процесс лоббизма. Достаточно подробно освещены как положительные, так и отрицательные стороны лоббизма, описаны основные формы и методы лоббистской деятельности, пути решения правового регулирования лоббизма. Актуальность вопросов, связанных с практикой лоббизма в России, требует ответа на них со стороны заинтересованных специалистов экономического и политического сообщества.
