Abstract

В статье рассмотрены региональные аспекты внешнеэкономической деятельности предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса (МСП) в Российской Федерации. Раскрыты основные проблемы создания и функционирования предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса, возможности и перспективы их выхода на внешние рынки. Отмечена необходимость усиления государственной поддержки экспортно-ориентированных малых и средних предприятий в условиях перехода России к инновационной модели развития.
