Abstract

Мировой финансово-экономический кризис показал, что недостаточная эффективность стратегического управления, приоритет краткосрочных целей по получению максимальной прибыли в противовес долгосрочным целям устойчивого развития, приводят к усугублению последствий финансовой нестабильности как для отдельных кредитных организаций, так и для банковской системы в целом. Особое внимание органов управления кредитных организаций должно уделяться реализации публичных интересов и повышению эффективности стратегического управления.
