Abstract

статья посвящена одному из самых спорных разделов доходного подхода к оценке бизнеса определению величины коэффициента бета в модели САРМ. К настоящему времени среди практикующих специалистов-оценщиков нет единого мнения относительно корректности расчета коэффициента бета. Многообразие методов расчета, слабое развитие фондового рынка в России, закрытость сделок купли-продажи пакетов акций, подчас недостоверная информация о производственных и финансовых показателях деятельности отечественных предприятий ставят перед оценщиками сложную задачу по достоверному и адекватному расчету коэффициента бета. В статье представлен краткий анализ существующих методов расчета и доказательство того, что наиболее корректным методом определения коэффициента бета является расчет фундаментальной беты.
