Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методы оценки рыночной стоимости земельных участков в соответствии с Международными стандартами оценки (МСО), а также возможность их применения при изъятии земельных участков для государственных или муниципальных нужд. Даются некоторые рекомендации по применению методов оценки в условиях изъятия.
