Технология Целеполагания Как Элемент Механизма Стратегического Планирования В Условиях Обострения Конкурентной Борьбы

Abstract

В связи с кризисными явлениями в мировой экономике проблема создания эффективной системы стратегического планирования приобрела ещё большую актуальность. В статье предложена технология формирования стратегических целей предприятия как начальная фаза процесса разработки стратегии конкурентного развития бизнеса. Предлагаемая технология целеполагания разработана с позиции улучшения элементов интегральной конкурентоспособности предприятия. Сделан вывод о том, что в условиях обострения конкурентной борьбы необходимо планировать стратегию развития предприятия, ориентированную на улучшение качества продукции, повышение инвестиционной привлекательности и инновационной восприимчивости бизнеса, а также на востребованность предприятия на рынке труда со стороны квалифицированных трудовых ресурсов.
