Abstract

Статья посвящена структурированию первичных публичных размещений акций (IPO), которые рассматривается с точки зрения системного подхода. Дается определение понятия «структурирование первичного публичного размещения» и описывается его место в категориальном аппарате предмета рынка ценных бумаг, выделены направления структурирования первичных размещений. Выводы касаются наиболее существенных вопросов структурирования первичных публичных размещений.
