Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы и основные этапы формирования энергетической стратегии ФРГ, анализируются политические установки и ориентиры развития энергетической отрасли действующего германского правительства, подробно рассмотрена принятая в конце 2010 г. правительственная стратегия развития энергетики страны до 2050 г. Новая коалиция христианских и свободных демократов выступила за продление сроков службы АЭС при одновременном сохранении запрета на их строительство, за постепенное вытеснение угольной и усиленное развитие альтернативной энергетики, а также существенное повышение энергоэффективности и расширение энергетической инфраструктуры. На данном этапе это должно способствовать повышению энергобезопасности и конкурентоспособности страны, а также выполнению международных климатических обязательств ФРГ.
