Abstract

статья посвящена анализу системы защиты интересов потребителей страховой услуги на трех уровнях: страховая компания, саморегулируемые организации страховщиков, национальный рынок. Автор рассматривает риски участников страхового рынка, обусловленные механизмом гарантирования, и формулирует научные и практические проблемы формирования системы защиты интересов потребителя страховой услуги.
