Аутсорсинг Управления Финансами Предприятий: Преимущества, Недостатки

Abstract

В статье исследованы определения такой экономической категории, как «аутсорсинг функций управления финансами» предприятий, и предложено авторское определение этого понятия. Сделан анализ преимуществ и недостатков «финансового аутсорсинга». С целью расширения применения в практике предприятий «финансового аутсорсинга» и повышения их инновационной активности, предложено провести дальнейшие исследования теоретико-методологических основ «аутсорсинга функций управления финансами» предприятий.
