О «Длинных Деньгах» В Пост-Кризисных Условиях

Abstract

Проблема отсутствия «длинных» денег становится тем более актуальной, когда перед российской экономикой стоят системные задачи инновационного развития. В статье рассматриваются инструменты и источники формирования «длинных» ресурсов в развитых экономиках и в России, а также изменения, происходившие во время последнего финансового кризиса. Автор приходит к выводу, что России может потребоваться корректировка механизмов формирования денежного предложения, а также повышение роли национальных монетарных властей в этом процессе.
