Abstract

Целью настоящего исследования стало выявление общих закономерностей и приоритетных направлений модернизации правового регулирования мировой образовательной системы на примере унификации национального законодательства ведущих стран-участниц крупнейших интеграционных региональных образований Европы и Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона. Экономическая интеграция на сегодняшний день является основным способом сохранения национального рынка образовательных услуг в условиях жёсткой конкурентной борьбы с зарубежными странами. Главным же внешнеполитическим приоритетом для России остаётся СНГ, поэтому уникальный опыт, например, ЕС в сфере унификации национального законодательства государств-членов, регулирующего сферу образования, чрезвычайно важен для построения эффективной модели общего образовательного пространства на территории СНГ.
