Abstract

Корпоративные финансы результат эволюции финансовой науки и практики, обусловленный системными макроэкономическими трансформациями, изменениями в финансовом поведении и мышлении, сменой парадигмы внутрифирменного менеджмента. Суть эволюции в корпоративных финансах современной России переход от учётной к финансовой модели измерения и управления, что означает системные трансформации на микроуровне: смену целеполагания, временных горизонтов и доминант в оценке, методического и управленческого инструментария.
