Abstract

Жизненная потребность формирования механизмов устойчивого функционирования национальной экономики в условиях развития глобального системного кризиса обусловила необходимость переосмысления многих устойчивых социально-экономических стереотипов и теоретических догм. В статье раскрываются генезис формирования и развёртывания системного противоречия «кредиторы» «должники», проблемы разработки и запуска защитного финансового механизма национальной экономики. В качестве институциональной основы этого механизма обосновывается необходимость создания Евразийской резервной системы.
