Abstract

Важным принципом построения системы управления организацией является рассмотрение экономической системы как системы с многоуровневой (иерархической) структурой. Авторами предложена модель пятиуровневой иерархической структуры самоорганизующейся системы на примере кластерной экономики, а также сформулированы её основные функции и принципы формирования потоков информации, их обработки и передачи. Предложены способы для определения фактических, скрытых и потенциальных производственных возможностей, позволяющих обеспечить эффективное управление кластером.
