Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы коррупции в России. Исследуются ее причины, мотивация коррупционеров, условия формирования вертикальных и горизонтальных коррупционных связей, содержание верхушечной и низовой коррупции, ее последствия и масштабы. Автор отмечает, что коррупция проявляется в различных сферах экономической деятельности человека. Итогом становится формирование специфических для коррупции внутренних рынков и экономических механизмов. Принципиальная схожесть технологий криминального и коррумпированного поглощения хозяйствующих субъектов ведет к формированию организованной экономической преступности. Коррупция все более превращается в особый преступный механизм перераспределения национального богатства в пользу бюрократической элиты.
