Abstract

Этико-правовая основа исламского бизнеса входит в противоречие с нормами деловой практики, характеризующейся высокой степенью неопределённости, ограниченностью информации, низким уровнем доверия, преобладанием частного интереса над общественным и т.д. Исламские финансовые институты зачастую вынуждены находить компромиссы со сложившейся средой на финансовых рынках: возникают дополнительные издержки и риски, связанные, прежде всего, с преодолением эффекта финансовой колеи, обусловленного тем, что нынешняя финансовая система основана на ссудном проценте как плате за временное предоставление ресурсов, спекуляции и необеспеченных долгах.
