Abstract

В статье представлен анализ основных механизмов государственного регулирования инновационного развития Германии, как одной из самых успешных представителей европейской модели инновационной системы и рассмотрены возможности использования немецкого опыта в российской практике. Анализ наиболее передового, доказавшего свою эффективность зарубежного опыта, позволит сформулировать актуальные, с точки зрения государственной политики, выводы в отношении формирования благоприятных условий инновационного развития и конкурентоспособности Российской Федерации
