Формирование Системы Статистических Показателей Для Оценки И Управления Деятельностью Субъектов Угольной Промышленности

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу существующих систем статистических показателей в рамках исследования угольной промышленности в России и в мире, оценке каждого типа систем с учетом их назначения и условий создания. На основе результатов синтеза существующих систем были отобраны и сгруппированы в блоки показатели, наиболее полно характеризующие современное состояние угольной промышленности в России. Предложенная в работе система статистических показателей удовлетворяет в полной мере как потребности управления угольной промышленностью в масштабе государства, так и потребности оценки ее субъектов на мировом рынке угля.
