Анализ Факторов, Оказывающих Влияние На Инновационную Активность В Экономике России

Abstract

в статье рассмотрены факторы, влияющие на инновационную активность российской экономики. Автором проанализированы результаты различных подходов к определению таких факторов, как опрос руководителей организаций и официальная статистика, дана оценка зависимости инновационной активности россиской экономики от ее технологического уклада и глубоких системных проблем. Сделаны выводы об определяющей роли исследуемых факторов в построении инновационной системы России, а также обоснована необходимость учета данных факторов при формировании государственной инновационной политики.
