Финансовые Ресурсы Как Элемент Базиса Самообеспечения Региона

Abstract

В статье на основе прицельного исследования ресурсного обеспечения региональной экономики рассматривается влияние финансовых ресурсов на дифференциацию экономического развития и специализацию регионов. Сделан вывод, что ресурсное обеспечение составляют в первую очередь немобильные ресурсы, детерминирующие первичную специализацию (или более точно специализации) региона, затем менее мобильные ресурсы как фактор вторичной специализации. То есть более развитая экономика «притягивает» мобильные ресурсы и продуцирует их, определяя тем самым региональную дифференциацию. Менее же развитая экономическая система региона, как правило, порождает отток мобильных ресурсов
