Проблемы Применения Инвестиционного Налогового Кредита

Abstract

представленная статья содержит обоснование экономического эффекта применения инвестиционного налогового кредита как для государства, так и для заемщика. Автором выявлены проблемы применения действующих инструментов стимулирования инвестиционной активности, которые приобретают все большую актуальность. Показано, что важный механизм оптимизации денежных потоков на практике не работает. В этой связи автором предлагается внести поправки в действующие нормативные правовые акты для устранения сдерживающих факторов у потенциальных инвесторов.
