Некоторые Суждения Об Оценке Эффективности Инвестиционных Проектов И Бизнеса

Abstract

в статье представлено обоснование критерия эффективности инвестиционных проектов (NPV). Предложено определять ставку дисконта как темп падения ценности денег. Показано, что включение платы за риск в дисконт некорректно. Поскольку реальные проекты непосредственно сами не покупаются и не продаются, то такие важные понятия, как "стоимость" и "равновесие", к ним неприменимы. Критикуется метод WACC. Автор считает проблематичным подход, когда при оценке бизнеса фирму, по сути, рассматривают как портфель ценных бумаг.
