Влияние Заёмного Финансирования На Эффективность Инвестиционного Проекта В Рамках Теории Модильяни-Миллера

Abstract

В работе впервые за почти 60-летнюю историю исследования проблемы влияния заёмного финансирования на эффективность инвестиционного проекта получены реальные результаты как в рамках теории Модильяни-Миллера, так и для проектов конечной продолжительности. Эффективность инвестиционного проекта рассмотрена с двух различных точек зрения: владельцев собственного и заёмного капитала и владельцев только собственного капитала. Для каждого из этих случаев NPV вычислен двумя способами: с разделением кредитного и инвестиционного потоков (и, соответственно, дисконтированием платежей по двум различным ставкам) и без такого разделения.
