Abstract

статья посвящена рассмотрению целого комплекса взаимосвязанных проблем, обусловленных растущим влиянием экологического фактора на экономику: техногенное давление человека на природу, техногенные аномалии климата, экономика природных аномалий. Устойчивое развитие государства в настоящее время базируется на первоочередном учете экологии в экономических стратегиях. Отсюда возникают потребности в развитии новых ресурсосберегающих технологий, в том числе и в энергопроизводстве, а также в основных принципах энергообеспечения. Перманентное ужесточение экологических требований в экономиках развитых странах ЕС, США и Японии ставят Россию перед необходимостью пересмотра энергетической доктрины, реструктуризации инфраструктуры экономики, а также приближения экологических норм к международным стандартам при государственной поддержке. Все это следует обозначить в экономической стратегии страны.
