Застосування Моделі Досконалості Efqm Для Управління Атп

Abstract

У статті обговорюються питання управління автотранспортним підприємством. Метою дослідження є формування складових факторів моделі EFQM з урахуванням особливостей АТП. Управління автотранспортним підприємством – це складна багатокритеріальна задача, тому вибір і застосування найбільш комплексної моделі управління є актуальним питанням. Існуючі моделі й підходи до управління підприємствами і організаціями частіше застосовуються для вирішення задач управління окремими аспектами діяльності підприємств. Застосування саме моделі досконалості EFQM пояснюється наявністю найбільш повного складу критеріїв, за якими відбувається управління. Ця модель розроблена Європейським фондом управління якістю і включає 9 складових критеріїв управління, кожен з яких розділяється на напрями. Застосування моделі досконалості EFQM можливе за умови розробки системи факторів, які впливають на процес управління АТП і результати цього процесу в рамках кожного з напрямів. Стаття містить уточнену систему факторів, яка розкриває основні задачі, що стоять перед АТП для забезпечення ефективного управління підприємством.
