Формування Системи Показників Оцінювання Потенціалу Підприємства

Abstract

Розглянуто теоретичні положення щодо формування системи показників оцінювання потенціалу підприємства. Основною метою статті є обґрунтування складу системи показників оцінювання потенціалу підприємства залежно від здатності підприємства до оптимального ресурсного наповнення елементів потенціалу, згрупованих залежно від області виникнення, умов доступу та сфери застосування ресурсів підприємства. Підґрунтям систематизації показників оцінювання виступають п’ять сфер використання ресурсів підприємства (персонал, фінанси, виробництво, маркетинг, науководослідні та дослідно-конструкторські розробки); одиничні показники обґрунтовуються з урахуванням особливостей цих сфер. Сформована система показників дозволяє встановити фактичну величину сукупного потенціалу підприємства, а також кожного з його структурних елементів, тобто вивести їх оцінку як результат процесу оцінювання потенціалу підприємства.
