Оцінка Ефективності Функціонування Логістичних Систем На Атп

Abstract

Досягнення високого рівня якості автотранспортних послуг для забезпечення максимального задоволення споживачів, але за умови збереження величини витрат є основною метою логістичного менеджменту сьогодні. Тому актуальності набувають питання, пов’язані з оцінюванням ефективності логістичних систем, з метою визначення досягнутого рівня якості послуг за певного рівня логістичних витрат. У статті запропоновано методику комплексного оцінювання ефективності логістики на АТП, що включає такі етапи: виділення підсистем логістики та вибір показників оцінювання їх результативності; встановлення граничних значень розрахункових показників та розробка шкали їх переведення до бальних оцінок; визначення зведених оцінок ефективності функціонування підсистем логістики з урахуванням їх значущості. Методика базується на використанні реально вимірюваних параметрів функціонування логістичних процесів, що підвищує її практичну цінність для застосування на автотранспортних підприємствах.
