Процес Формування Потенціалу Розвитку Підприємства

Abstract

Розглянуто теоретичні положення щодо формування потенціалу розвитку підприємства. Основною метою статті є удосконалення процесу формування потенціалу розвитку підприємства, обґрунтування змісту його етапів, а також розробка блок-схеми реалізації цього процесу. Запропонований процес формування потенціалу розвитку підприємства передбачає визначення порядку переходу від поточного до бажаного (проектного) стану потенціалу розвитку підприємства та, на відміну від існуючих, враховує здатність підприємства здійснювати перерозподіл наявних ресурсів і зусиль чи пошук прихованих ресурсів і зусиль шляхом перетворення та (або) внаслідок саморозвитку. Розроблений процес дозволяє здійснити прогнозування змін рівня використання потенціалу розвитку підприємства на обраний період часу. Реалізація такого процесу дає можливість наростити існуючий потенціал, оцінити рівень синергічної взаємодії між елементами проектного потенціалу розвитку та створити новий тип потенціалу підприємства.
